Newland PR recently approached Storm Events to provide event production and AV hire for the International RMB Forum for the Agricultural Bank of China. The event was held in London’s prominent Goldsmiths Company. Storm’s in-house designers provided three-dimensional renders of stage layout and backdrop for the Asian bank. Pre-visualisations are an excellent service that Storm offer, allowing the communication of creative ideas and letting organisers see a virtual version of the event in advance, when any alterations are easier to make.
In the impressive, high-ceilinged Livery Hall at Goldsmiths Company, Storm translated the designs and made them a reality, building a 4 meter high set with a 14ft front projection screen and large format printed graphics. Show graphics and PowerPoint were delivered using a Christie LX1200 projector and Storm’s new Analog Way Saphyr (SPX450) graphics switchers. Live camera to screen was from Sony PMW 400’s and a full complement of lighting, sound and ancillary AV equipment completed the package.
In addition to the main plenary Storm provided a number of additional plasma screens, wireless LED uplighters and large format prints for general branding and event information around the rest of the venue.
