Conferences

Conference audio visual production is a staple of the Storm Events portfolio. IN 2009 we were involved in over 200 conference events. We provide set, staging, lighting, screens, projectors and laptops for a wide range of conferences.

Storm are experienced in multi site conferences and offer a diverse range of services that includes AV production, filming, web casting and video conferencing. For conferences with exhibitors Storm also hold a large stock of AV equipment such as plasma screens and laptops available for dry hire.

Powerpoint and keynote are central to modern conferencing. Storm have a team of highly experienced powerpoint and keynote designers ready to deliver according to your needs.

Our regular conference clients include Emap, South Yorkshire Police, Jungheinrich and the SMI group.

Awards

Storm Events excel in creative Awards show production. Whatever the venue, whatever the budget we deliver the wow factor. Awards nights require detailed planning for every element and in keeping with the Storm ethos of providing a turnkey package we will support you from the first meeting until you call us again the following year. We can video and edit your interviews, build your promotional web-site and manage the regular news feeds, design the stage set and manage the content for the evening. Not to forget the lorry load of state of the art equipment that will be dispatched from our warehouse to ensure the audience are treated to crystal clear audio, mind blowing visuals and stunning lighting throughout the evening.

Roadshows

Storm regularly supply staging and audio visual production services for Roadshows. We have the experience and resources to supply anything from a single technician on a self-drive basis with a small van of equipment to a touring set-up more akin to modern concert touring with multiple vehicle logistics and a team of staff ranging from stage builders to show producers.

Storm's experience in video conferencing and audience response and voting systems are popular additions for making a roadshow more interactive and also for gathering valuable data from both staff and clients around the country. Storm's interactive audience response system integrates seamlessly with powerpoint and we can provide data management over a number of events.

Exhibitions

Storm Events offer shell scheme rental and AV hire to the exhibition industry. We can supply a number of different styles of shell scheme ranging from pole and panel to octonorm hire. We offer a cost effective solution to conferences who have a small additional exhibition section requiring as few as 20m of panels to a full exhibition service with octonorm stand build, Facia boards, CAD floor plans, electrical supplies, AV hire and onsite technical assistance.

We are experienced in working in a large range of spaces from sensitive city offices to exhibition centres and arenas. Our team includes 17th edition electricians and we can advise on and supply power distribution systems for all sizes of exhibitions.
